The Woods and Waters Club of Cleveland Presidents

The Woods and Waters Club of Cleveland Presidents' Scholarship Foundation, Inc.

The Corporation is organized and to be operated exclusively for the following charitable, educational and scientific purposes:

(a) To provide financial assistance to students demonstrating high academic achievements for the use in the pursuit of college and graduate school degrees in major subjects related to wildlife management, forestry, marine biology, zoology and other disciplines which may benefit the understanding and use of the natural environment and to provide assistance to achieve other specific educational goals related thereto.

(b) To raise from contributions, gifts and other appropriate sources and activities funds for the furtherance of the foregoing purposes.

(c) To do any and all things necessary, advisable and desirable in caring out the general purposes of the Corporation and all acts which a corporation not for profit may lawfully do and perform in the State of Ohio necessary or incidental to the accomplishment of the aforesaid purposes. No activities shall be carried on by the Corporation which are not consonant with the purpose set forth herein, and no part of the net earnings shall inure to the benefit of any incorporator, member, trustee, director or officer of the corporation, or any private individual.
